Black Diamond Historical Society Meeting & Elections. Museum open 11-3. Meeting & elections at 1 pm.

Coal mining started here in Black Diamond in 1882, but Washington coal mining will end in December with the closure of the Centralia plant. Come and learn about and honor this unique history.
